Social Mind are an innovative agency working in the nonprofit sector. We’re experts at using social fundraising to drive income and engagement. From product innovation, journey design and campaign builds to virtual event management, we support charities in delivering successful campaigns at scale.

Our new fundraising platform, Social Sync, aims to revolutionise the sector with integrated social fundraising campaigns and behavioural, omni-channel supporter journeys. We empower charities to; raise more money through integrated Facebook and white label fundraising pages, build stronger relationships with sophisticated, personal journeys, we unlock the supporter’s potential with meaningful insights.

Tl;dr; - we build cool software that helps charities raise lots of money and automate processes that suck.

About working in this role

You will be part of a small engineering team helping to design, build, test, deploy and maintain our flagship product: Social Sync.

All work is fully remote, our team is spread across the globe in multiple timezones, and as such, much of the work is asynchronous.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team typically loosely following a sprint based project methodology.
• Help design, build, test, monitor and maintain our web application.
• Work to constantly improve and iterate on engineering standards, performance, testing, and code quality.
• As a senior developer you may also be in charge of sprint deliverables and overseeing the work of a small team underneath you.

Skills and Knowledge

You don’t need to have experience in all of these languages/frameworks, but should be proficient in one and a willingness to learn and adapt to the others where required.
